Can I order food to take away?
Yes, we do offer Hello Burger food to take away! Our full menu is online so feel free to take a look and give us a call to order. Please expect around a 20-25 minute wait though as all our food is cooked fresh to order. Times may be longer during busy periods. If you are in a rush for your food please let us know so we can advise if we are able to produce it in time.
Do you have a children’s menu?
Yes, we do have children’s options available for both burgers and brunch. If you have any dietary or allergy requirements please let us know in advance so we can do our best to cater for you or your childrens’ needs.
Do you have highchairs and baby change facilities?
Yes, we do have high chairs available and baby change facilities at both Sidcup and Hayes restaurants. Please do let us know when booking a table that you require a high chair so we can be prepared to accommodate you.
Do you have access for wheelchairs?
We do have step free access that can accommodate wheelchairs in both our restaurants.
In our Hayes restaurant we have fully accessible disabled toilets. In our Sidcup restaurant our toilets are unfortunately not step free so are not accessible for wheelchairs.
Do you cater for gluten allergies?
Our buns contain gluten so we have a ‘no bun – swap for a salad’ option available at all times at no extra charge. We can also provide gluten free buns if required so if you would like a gluten free bun with your meal please let us know 24 hours in advance and we’ll be sure to order you one in from our baker.
Can I come in for drinks only?
Unfortunately we do not have a bar area to sit at and as we are a restaurant, mains are required to order when visiting Hello Burger.
Can I hire the restaurant for a private party?
Because we are only a small restaurant we don’t hire the restaurant out in its entirety, but please do give us a call and we will see what we can do. At both our Sidcup and Hayes restaurants we are able to host large groups though tables may be split into smaller numbers for ease of service, payment and movement around the restaurant.
Do you cater for vegetarians and vegans?
We have an awesome vegetarian burger on our menu which we are incredibly proud of. We don’t have a vegan option on our menu at the moment but if you can give us 24 hours’ notice we would be happy to have our chefs make you something special (and delicious – obviously).
Do you sell alcoholic drinks other than cocktails?
Yes, we have a large selection of craft and bottle beers, G&Ts plus a great wine selection available too. There are drinks directories on the tables but if you can’t find what you’re looking for please speak to one of our team. We know how to make all the classics, but if there’s something else you’re looking for let us know. If we can make it, we’ll make it.
Can I bring a birthday cake?
Of course! Please feel free to bring along a cake for your special celebration.
